Love Local Revy is a our buy local campaign, designed to support our local businesses by encouraging local spending.
In 2024 during the towns’ slower periods of economic activity, we launched two buy-local campaigns under the Love Local Revy brand, whereby shoppers could be enter in a draw for a chance to win some incredible prizes, by shopping at participating business. We provided businesses with the tools to take part, then purchased products and services from them to be used as the prize incentives. We then heavily promoted the campaign through our social media to increase foot-traffic.
The campaigns were supporting by funding from Columbia Basin Trust and Community Futures Revelstoke.
In 2025, we will be looking for ways to utilize the Love Local Revy branding to again promote buying locally. Stay tuned for updates.
